The Chinese American Service League (CASL), the Midwest’s largest Asian American social service organization, announced today that Eileen Chin has assumed the role of Board Chair, effective July 1, 2026. Chin succeeds Bonnie Fong, who served on CASL’s board for 10 years, including nearly five as Board Chair.
